સંસ્થા ખાતે અભ્યાસ કરતા જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ એ ભૂલથી/એકથી વધારે વખત ટેબલેટ માટે ફી ભરેલ હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ફી રીફંડ માટે તારીખ ૧૦/૧૦/૨૦૧૭ સુધીમાં નિયત નમુના માં અરજી વિદ્યાર્થી વિભાગ માં કરવી.તારીખ ૧૦/૧૦/૨૦૧૭ પછી મળેલ અરજી ગ્રાહ્ય રાખવા માં આવશે નહિ જેની નોંધ લેવી.
નિયત નમુના માટેનું ફોર્મ વિદ્યાર્થી વિભાગ માં થી મેળવીને જરૂરી પુરાવા સાથે રજુ કરવું.
