Tentative schedule of Practical examination of

Design Engineering for Summer-2016

·                                          Regular Practical Examination of Design Engineering - 1B & 2B

·                                          Remedial Practical Examination of Design Engineering- 1A & 2A

This is to inform all BE colleges affiliated to GTU that the practical exam for Design Engineering –1B (2140002) and Design Engineering –1A (2130005) will be held between 20th May to 24th May 2016 for all branches, and Design Engineering -2B (2160001) and Design Engineering –2A (2150001)will be held between 28th April to 30th April 2016 for all branches. These dates are tentative. All Student teams working on DE-2B projects need to submit their final report in given format (http://gtu.ac.in/circulars/15May/13052015_14.pdf) during the examination.

NOTICE FOR  8 SEM   MECHANICAL

The students of BE 8^th Sem Mechanical engineering are here by informed that they have to submit   their project PPR as per schedule on GTU PMMS Portal.without submission of completion certificate for 8 sem ,then your final marksheet is not issue from GTU. So take this task sincerely and complete as per schedule within time-limit.

All such students are require to follow below process in order to move into 8^th semester:

1.     Students are require to submit (scan copy or photo copy via email) letter properly signed and sealed from the college faculty and HOD, clearly stating that all your project work of 7^th semester has been successfully completed and verified. 

2.      Such letter is required to be printed on college letter head.

3.      Format of such letter is provided below.

4.     Students are required to sent the scan copy or photo of said letter on official letter head of college with properly filled details, via email to s4@gtu.edu.in . 

5.     Mention the subject line as “Annexure: Letter format for students who had not generated completion certificate during 7th semester

Semester-6^th students are informed to contact laboratory faculties for details of presentation (RAC subject-2161908).
